Supporters of this resolution would frame it as a celebration of local business success and community resilience. They would emphasize the importance of the National Hanger Company in providing jobs and contributing to the local economy for 100 years. This recognition is seen as a way to inspire other businesses and showcase the value of longstanding companies in Vermont.

Critics might argue that while celebrating a local business is important, such resolutions can be seen as trivial or unnecessary government actions. They may suggest that the focus should be on addressing more pressing economic issues rather than honoring a single company. Some could view this as a distraction from the challenges faced by other businesses in the state.
